Where you start
- Open your phone browser to your tenant URL.
- Sign in. You land at
/console/driver/jobs— your job list. - Sidebar: jobs, tracking, POD, history.
Your day
- Open jobs list. Tap the next job in sequence.
- Click Accept & Start — GPS pings start.
- Drive. Click Mark Arrived at the dock.
- Capture POD (next section).
- Click Complete.
- Tap next job, repeat.
Capture POD
- Tap Capture POD on the in-progress job.
- Pick outcome: Delivered / Partial / Failed.
- Type recipient name.
- Tap Capture Signature — recipient signs on screen.
- Tap Take Photo — at least one photo (parcel + paperwork).
- Tap Finalize POD.
Critical rules
- POD must have a signature OR a photo. The system blocks finalize otherwise.
- Once finalized, POD is locked. If wrong, ops manager fixes via correction.
- Can only see your own jobs. If you can't find a job, ask dispatch.
- GPS must be allowed in your browser for live tracking.
Statuses you'll change
- Assigned → Accept → In Progress
- Click Mark Arrived at the stop.
- Capture & finalize POD.
- Click Complete → Completed.
If something goes wrong
- Recipient refuses to sign — take a clear photo of the parcel + a note in POD notes. Outcome = "Delivered" with the photo as evidence.
- Wrong address — call dispatch from the road. Don't guess.
- POD upload failing — check signal. Photos need internet to upload. Re-finalize once you're back online.
- Vehicle / driver expired — system blocks dispatch. Talk to ops manager about renewal docs.
