Where to log in
- Your tenant URL (e.g.,
www.trenvar.com/yourcompany/login). - You land at
/console/business/— the module switcher. - Top-bar module switcher jumps you to any module (WMS, Billing, Dispatch, etc.).
What only you can do
- Invite users, assign roles.
- Configure email provider (Resend) + DNS.
- Configure carriers, API credentials, webhooks.
- Set company profile, branding, tax regions.
- Turn modules on/off (where allowed).
Top-5 setup tasks
- Company profile → /console/business/settings/company
- Email setup → /console/business/settings/email
- Add users → /console/business/settings/users
- Locations → /console/business/wms/locations
- Item Master / SKUs → /console/business/wms/item-master
Top-5 ongoing tasks
- Add a customer → /console/customer-service/customers
- Pricing rules → /console/business/billing/pricing-rules
- Storage rules → /console/business/storage/rules
- API credentials → /console/business/settings/api-credentials
- Audit log → look for the History link on any record
If something goes wrong
- User can't log in → check tenant status active, reset password, resend invite.
- Module screen missing → confirm OS is enabled (talk to platform admin).
- Email not sending → check Resend API key + domain DNS verified.
- Pricing fell back to default → check shipping label has parcel weights.
