1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating or using a Trenvar business account, you agree to these Terms and any executed order form or service agreement between your company and Trenvar.
2. Business Accounts and Access
Account access is for authorized users only. You are responsible for assigning role access, removing unauthorized users promptly, and maintaining accurate account ownership details.
3. Services and Availability
Trenvar provides cloud software for logistics execution, shipping, and billing workflows. We may improve or modify features as part of ongoing product development.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of operational, billing, and customer data entered into the platform and for lawful use of the service in your jurisdiction.
5. Fees, Billing, and Renewal
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Add-on modules and usage-linked services are billed according to your active plan and configuration.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Trenvar to violate laws, compromise system security, abuse API capacity, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any account or data.
7. Data Ownership and License
You retain ownership of your business data. Trenvar grants you a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform during your active subscription term.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other party's non-public business, technical, and operational information and use it only for service delivery and support obligations.
9. Security and Privacy
We implement technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account data. Privacy handling is further described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend access for material breach, security risk, payment delinquency, or unlawful use. You may terminate your subscription based on your contract terms.
11. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability
Except as stated in your contract, services are provided on an as-available basis. Liability limitations, exclusions, and indemnity terms are governed by your signed agreement.
12. Governing Terms and Updates
If these website Terms conflict with a signed order form or master agreement, the signed agreement controls. We may update these Terms and will post the revised date here.
