Where you start
- Open your portal URL (in your invite email).
- You land on Inventory by default.
- Sidebar: Inventory · Incoming · Orders · Invoices · Integrations · Settings.
Top tasks
- Check stock → Inventory tab.
- Tell warehouse goods are coming → Incoming → New 3PL Receiving Order.
- Place an order to ship out → Orders → Create Manual Order.
- Pay an invoice → Invoices → open → Pay Now.
- Track an order → Orders → click any row.
Admin-only powers
- Invite team members → Settings → Add User → role: customer_user.
- Connect Shopify → Integrations → Connect Shopify → OAuth.
- Set Fulfillment Automation on the Orders tab — Always send to 3PL OR Require my decision first.
Order status pills
- Open → received, not picked.
- Picking → Picked → Packing → Packed → in progress.
- Dispatched → carrier has it.
- Delivered → final.
If something goes wrong
- Can't sign in → Forgot password on the login page.
- Order stuck at "open" → if you set Automation to "Require my decision first", approve it. Otherwise warehouse hasn't picked yet.
- Inventory shows zero after I sent goods → check Incoming tab; warehouse may not have received it yet.
- Wrong order placed → cancel from order detail (if still open).
