Where you start
- Open your portal URL (in your invite email).
- You land on the Ship-Now wizard automatically.
- Sidebar: Ship Now · Past Shipments.
The 4-step wizard
- 1 From & To — pick or type recipient address.
- 2 Parcel — weight + dimensions per parcel.
- 3 Service — pick carrier from rate comparison.
- 4 Confirm — review + Generate Label (or Pay if prepaid).
After you have the label
- Click Download Label PDF.
- Print at 100% scale (never "fit to page").
- Stick on the largest face. Tape corners, NOT over the barcode.
- Hand to carrier (drop-off or scheduled pickup).
Multi-parcel
- At Step 2, change "Number of parcels" from 1 to N.
- Fill weight + dimensions per parcel.
- One service choice covers all parcels.
- Each parcel gets its own tracking number.
Critical rules
- Always weigh — never guess. Carriers re-weigh and bill correction fees.
- Don't tape over the barcode. Carriers can't scan it; parcel gets delayed.
- Address must match postal code. Most carriers reject mismatches.
- Once printed and used, can't easily cancel. Contact carrier within 24-48h to void.
If something goes wrong
- Carrier API error — usually bad address. Fix at Step 1, retry.
- Service unavailable — carrier doesn't deliver there. Pick another carrier at Step 3.
- Insufficient credit — warehouse needs to top up. Message them.
- Parcel too big — split into multiple parcels or different carrier.
