Where you start
- Open your portal URL (in your invite email).
- You land on Inventory by default.
- Sidebar: Inventory · Incoming · Orders · Invoices.
Top tasks
- Check stock → Inventory.
- Tell warehouse goods are coming → Incoming → New 3PL Receiving Order.
- Place an order to ship out → Orders → Create Manual Order.
- Pay an invoice → Invoices → open → Pay Now.
- Track an order → Orders → click any row.
What you can't do
- Invite other users → ask your customer_admin.
- Connect Shopify → admin only.
- Change Fulfillment Automation setting → admin only.
Order status pills
- Open → received, not picked.
- Picking → Picked → Packing → Packed → in progress.
- Dispatched → carrier has it.
- Delivered → final.
If something goes wrong
- Can't sign in → Forgot password on the login page, or ask your customer_admin.
- Screen says Unauthorized → ask your customer_admin to grant access.
- Order stuck at "open" → admin may have set automation to require their approval.
- Wrong order placed → cancel from order detail (if still open). If picking started, contact warehouse fast.
